When using spark, you will be assigned a sparkCONSULTANT who will ensure you are gaining the maximum from your software. We want to help you ‘get everything right. These will be regular discussions and training dates by WhatsApp or Skype until you are confident. Your relationship will continue as your sparkCONSULTANT will remain available to you should you need help, advice or wish to check something out. Should you add sparkADMIN, then you will also have a separate expert to help you, as in practice different people will use different parts of spark, and the same applies in the sparkOFFICE.
We will seek and value your feedback and reflect on that to continually improve spark; it is a continuous activity. These updates are also included in the price, as are events we hold online from time to time that are exclusive for sparkUSERs.
There is a 60-day-full-money-back guarantee with your sparkESSENTIAL or sparkPRO, whichever you choose. This removes the risk for you, but of course we would lose every GBP! Within each option you have sparkLINK to assist parents alongside, sparkTUTOR for staff guidance if/as necessary; both are included in the standard price.

Fees are payable in advance, by the first of each month. Price is a bespoke one in regard to your choice of software and your country.
sparkADMIN is dictated by the features you choose. spark@HOME is generally paid for by your parents on an annual basis. The other software packages are calculated by either the number of children that can be taken at one time (UK only) or by the number of children on roll.
