When using spark, you will be assigned a sparkCONSULTANT who will ensure you are gaining the maximum from your software. We want to help you get everything right. These will be regular discussions and training dates by WhatsApp or Skype until you are confident. Your relationship will continue as your sparkCONSULTANT will remain available to you should you need help, advice or wish to check something out. Should you add sparkADMIN, then you will also have a separate expert to help you, as in practice different people will use different parts of spark, and the same applies in the sparkOFFICE.
We will seek and value your feedback and reflect on that to continually improve spark; it is a continuous activity. These updates are also included in the price, as are events we hold online from time to time that are exclusive for sparkUSERs.
Within your sparkCOMPLETE, you have spark@HOME for every child. You also have sparkTUTOR and sparkLINK to assist staff and parents, respectively. Again, included in the price.

This evaluation is useful not only to ensure your school gains fully from your investment but also to help you pinpoint improvements in executing spark or gives you a focus to enhance your school’s curriculum delivery.
