We will always help someone sign on for the first time. We are then on hand to help them navigate to the different functions of spark.
When allowed (not everyone wants to) we prefer to make a relationship with our customers, so it is easy for them to ask for advice and we can ensure we are meeting your establishment and team’s needs.
Within spark we also have sparkTUTOR.
sparkTUTOR provides two different pathways to get to know the software and to embed it within your teams. Although this is provided, we wish to be on hand to offer support and answer any questions. In this way it is easier to ensure you gain the maximum for your children, parents and your setting, so you will have access to a sparkCONSULTANT who will ensure your needs are met.
